This is an absolute favourite passage of ours in the Bible. The tiny little sparrow, just over 20 grams and such an incredibly ordinary little bird, was sold for almost nothing in Bible times, but not one little sparrow falls to the ground without God knowing about it. Candle lanterns made with care
Have you seen our candle lanterns? They're so incredibly pretty, we're really pleased with them! They look lovely with a candle or with flowers in them, and they turn into little messengers of faith, hope and love as they stand there in all their simplicity. At home we've spread them out here and there around the house, and we've given them away for birthdays, for new babies or just because. Such a lovely little gift! A tip! Our favourite mug is back in stock
Long story short: the mug supplier we'd worked with for years and years shut down, and I've spent the whole winter looking for a new one. Googling, emailing around, asking for quotes. In February I got up at about 3 in the morning on a Friday, flew down to Frankfurt, walked 27,000 steps around a trade fair and prayed to God for help finding the right supplier (with blisters and skin flaking off me in little curls, like wafer rolls ...), found a supplier and flew home the same evening. Absolutely wrecked, tired and aching all over, but still a little bit pleased with myself - mission accomplished! Now the mugs have arrived and they're so pretty! They're more or less the same as the old ones, and in different boxes, but basically the same. What I did do, though, was mess up the proof of the print on this favourite, so the text didn't land quite in the middle where I want it. A bit of a letdown after all that work, haha! So we're selling this particular mug at a little discount, but it really is lovely anyway. Now we hope and believe we've found a supplier we can work with for a long time, because even though I like Germany, I'm happy to skip seriously gruelling day trips there :) Have a look at all our lovely mugs here! >>

Summer's in sight!
Finally. Flowers in the ditches, grass under your toes, glittering seas and lakes - is Sweden ever as beautiful as it is right now? It also lands in a time of year that's incredibly hectic for a lot of us, with end-of-term dos, exams, theme days, summer parties, graduation, the last day of school and all sorts. Loads on, but so lovely anyway! Just in time for all the chaos, we've stocked up on heaps of new, gorgeously summery things. Beautiful trays and serving boards, little bits like keyrings and silicone wristbands, fun tattoos, new mugs, teas and much more. If you're hunting for an end-of-term present that'll really be appreciated, for colleagues or teachers, or a little summer gift for a friend big or small, then we definitely think you'll find something here. And don't forget to stop and enjoy it all in the middle of everything, too. Den blomstertid nu kommer - the old hymn about the season of flowers that Sweden sings at every school year's end - and it's already here!

Cushion covers with an unexpected twist
Things don't always turn out the way you'd planned. In January we visited a wonderful project in Kolkata, India, that helps women with a background in trafficking or extreme poverty, and we wanted to link arms with them, support them and help them make a difference. We ordered a whole load of wash bags and cushion covers, which have now arrived — but there's been a "little" slip-up with the cushion covers. The zip is at the top. We've sighed and groaned for a few weeks now, wondering how on earth we were going to sort this out! We don't want to send them back, because the shipping is madly expensive, and we don't want to dig our heels in and demand new ones either — that wouldn't be a blessing to them. So, we're going to try selling them at half price. The zip is concealed and sits at the top, but everything else — the organic fabric, the print, the seams and the labels — is still perfectly made. So, in short: the cushion covers are sewn with the heart in the right place, but the zip in the wrong one. Is there room in your home for a cushion that's been sewn wrong? Jewellery with meaning
We've found a fantastic project we want to link arms with! Beautiful jewellery made by women who've survived trafficking in Uganda, India or the Philippines and who can now support themselves with their craft — that's just something you want to get behind. Through the project the women get fair wages, training, healthcare and a community, a whole new future and the chance to decide over their own lives. Isn't that amazing? The jewellery we've picked out comes in little beautiful boxes and makes a perfect gift for someone being confirmed, for example. Come and have a look!

Great is God's faithfulness! It's such a wonderful Bible verse to mull over and to learn by heart, because you'll see that it pops up just when you need it most. Great is God's faithfulness. Bigger than the circumstances, something to lean on. New every morning! A Bible verse like that on a dishcloth of all things might seem a bit odd, but that's exactly the spot — standing at the sink, with or without a mountain of washing-up, that's often when you get a few seconds to think, isn't it? Big earrings in stainless steel
Do you love big jewellery too? We made four versions with four classic Christian symbols, and they turned out really lovely. Every pair of earrings comes in a smart cardboard box made from recycled material. The lid has the same design printed in shiny silver, plus a little line that echoes the thought behind the jewellery. We love them!

Hello there! If you're a regular visitor here you might be wondering a bit - this isn't how it looked last time, surely? We've finally launched our new web shop, with a new feel, more editorial content, loads of new things and lovely messages. Our old web shop held out for a long time, but in the end it turned into a patchwork quilt with holes appearing here and there and stray threads round the edges. Now we hope we've found an outfit we'll be able to grow into for years to come, and one that makes it easy for you to find new favourites, get some encouragement and inspiration, and download free material. The goal behind it all is the same as it's been for the past 20 (!) years - to give the best message in the world colour and shape so you can take it further.
