Advent calendar: Merry Christmas in the cottage

A fun advent calendar with real meaning, with an illustration that captures Christmas the way it used to be. There's needlework everywhere you look, the porridge is bubbling away on the stove and the mice are doing their best to sneak a mouthful of the gingerbread dough. If it's hard to wait until you're allowed to open the first door, you can always hunt for all the hidden keys, or get going with the tips on the back.

Every door hides something exciting for the littlest ones, with a funny little character peeking out or something fun going on. The slightly bigger children get a text on the door itself with an encouragement, a challenge or a task for the day, and the texts are a nice mix of big things and small — something to do, something to think about or something to pray for. Please note: the texts on the doors are in Swedish.

New for this year: a craft side on the back! There are fun games and craft ideas, and the whole back actually needs colouring in. You can manage that, right?
