Large matchbox: Varje dags bekymmer vill Han bära

Large, smart-looking and sturdy matchbox with a design on the front and the back. The text on the box is Varje dags bekymmer vill Han bära — Swedish for "he wants to carry every day's worries", a line from the much-loved Swedish hymn "Blott en dag". With these long matches you'll get many, many candles lit before the match burns out, and they're brilliant for lighting the fire. For children lighting candles (together with a grown-up, of course) the match feels big and steady, and the risk of burnt little fingers is a bit lower than with ordinary matches.

So pretty left out on the table, or ready for a moment of devotion.

Size: 6.5 cm x 11.5 cm.
Each box holds around 50 large matches.

The matches are made in Sweden from aspen, and the boxes from 100% recycled card with a semi-matte finish.

Match them with our block candles or napkins, say, and you've got a really lovely gift!

The price is for one box, even though the last photo shows several kinds.
