This tote bag is sewn by the women in our partner project in Kolkata, India, which helps women with a background in trafficking or extreme poverty into a new life, stitch by stitch. We've visited the project ourselves and met several of the women who work there, so it feels extra good to be selling tote bags we actually know make a difference.

The text on this tote bag is:
Ljuset lyser i mörkret och mörkret har inte övervunnit det. — John 1:5 in Swedish: "The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it." (John 1:5, NIV)

- The tote bag is sewn in organic, unbleached cotton and printed with eco-friendly ink.
- 40 x 38 cm with two long handles.
- Wash at 30°C, ideally inside out.
- Logo label in the side seam on the outside of the bag, and washing instructions on a tag inside.
- Careful craftsmanship with lovely seams.
